Neil Armstrong (the first man on the moon) has died at age 82 following complications after heart surgery. What an inspiring human being. RIP.
Meteor shower forecast for this weekend, staying up tonight in the hope it is not too cloudy to see something spectacular :)
Now my dad is an astrophysicist, and hes shown me every light, planet, comet, amazing thing in the sky thats appeared over the past few years. But I have never seen anything like what I saw tonight. Instantly jumped up off the couch in a frenzy to this amazing meteor burning through the black sky. What a wonderful sight. Wish I’d got my own video or at least have seen one that shows all its colour and size. Still in awe and absolutely giddy out my brains to have seen it. What an amazing thing this world is. Blows the mind.. it really does.
